I'm asking for your help. On the 19th of June, I accidentally sent a substantial sum of money to one of our past clients. All I know at the moment is it's a Santander account, and I sent it in the past, probably for a refund due to weather conditions. I contacted my bank right away. I called today to see if any updates and was told no. It was before the process of having to make sure the bank account you were sending to matched the name on the account, so it was before 2021. This person has until the 23rd of July to refund me through the right process, then I have to start going through bank statements, diaries, etc to match it, I'm sure its an oversight, as i have only ever worked with lovely people.
I work hard and i like to think i give alot back to charties etc, I sent this money to what I thought was my other account as the ref was C marsh. Doves. as that's what we did years ago, this is money I was putting aside to help my son out with his 1st Car for his 18th in September. So please spread this message far and wide in the hope it reaches the right person
I haven't lost all faith in humanity yet!!
