Contracts are to be signed on day of venue. This deposit goes towards buying the stock for the event. Due to this, all deposits are non-refundable. Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. If conditions are really bad Everlasting Memories have the right to cancel and rearrange. This will be discussed with the customer. Health and safety is more important to our customers.
