📣📣 Hi everyone! I held off making this decision but given the temperatures are due to remain in the 30s this week, I have decided to cancel Friday mornings Boogie Babes ~ so sorry but we will all be swealtering (I am anyway under normal circumstances 🤣) and everyone’s health and well being come first 👌

👋🏻 Hey everyone 👋🏻
I am just dropping a couple of things here incase anyone is interested…

When I am not shaking Pom Poms, singing & Hokey Cokey-ing with you all 🤩…

I also run Kids Fitness classes - Tuesday & Thursdays 5pm - 6pm 💥
Suitable for ages 7 - 14yrs - we build functional strength, agility, confidence and have heaps of fun!

And not forgetting the grown ups 🙂

𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝑭𝒊𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 are beginner friendly Strength & Fitness sessions every Tuesday & Thursday morning 9:30am.
We focus on building strength 💪 and fitness in a supportive group 🫶🏻

Held at The Shark Tank in Newmarket 🦈
