And thats a wrap…. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me over the last 4 years with Frieda, The Food Truck, but time to move on, (excuse the pun).

A huge thank you goes to for allowing me a spot at their spanking new branch, after 21 years (on & off) in my little corner of Newmarket, it time for a change, you’ll still be able to get your Chicken Wrap at the sales, as I’ll still be there.

Thank you for the laughter and putting the world to rights and more over, NOT mentions the bloody WEATHER!.

Some days, you really do love what you do….. today, had the pleasure of creating a Traditional Indian Thali 3 course meal for some wonderful guests, the look of utter surprise when we brought out the meals was perfect,
Starter - Chaat Bhel Puri Bomb & Onion BHAJEE with a Coriander and Mint chutney

Main - Channa Masala - Bombay Shak - Beef Curry - Dhal- cabbage Chutney - Okra & Aubergine Dry Curry - Raita - Battura - Red Onion with Mint and Green chilli

Dessert - Mango Set Pudding- Alphonso Mango with pomegranate & Lime
