Fig harvest is well and truly in full swing. I adore fresh figs, ripe and bursting with sweetness and still warm from the sun. But I’m also thinking ahead to the winter months and drying some leaves as well as making fig leaf syrup. If you are booked in with us over the winter then keep an eye out for it appearing on your menu somewhere 🍐
