Today’s design was inspired by the colours within the Success4All logo, bringing elements of their brand into the décor for their special 20th Anniversary Celebration.

More than just a beautiful setup… it’s about serving, learning and growing together. ❤️

One of the reasons Sanctuary Beautifiers was created was to give others the opportunity to learn, practise and build confidence in decorating.

This baby shower became another training ground — from inflating balloons, creating clusters and building the garland, to putting up the backdrop independently. And look at what teamwork produced! 🥰🎈

There’s something beautiful about sharing what you know and watching others grow in confidence.

The part of event decorating you don’t always see…

This was our 4th consecutive day of event setups — not including all the preparation that happened before each one.

I was TIRED! 😩

My team had worked incredibly hard alongside me, and because this was a small intimate wedding, I decided to give them the day off and handle this one myself.

Because behind every beautiful setup are hours of preparation, loading, unloading, lifting, styling, dismantling… and sometimes simply pushing through when your body is telling you it has had enough.

But a client had trusted Exquisite Events with one of the most important days of their lives.

So I showed up.

Tired? Absolutely.
Committed? Always.

And seeing everything come together at the end made it worth it.

Don’t let what you see on social media make you feel like you’re not doing enough. We’re all on different journeys, with different starting points and different timelines.

Be inspired, but don’t compare. Keep learning, keep growing and keep building. Your journey is yours — embrace it.

“How much will this cost?” — Part 2

So, you've sent us the inspiration picture and we've established the scale of production… but we're still not quite ready to give you a price.

Why?

Because there are other factors behind the scenes that can significantly affect your quotation.

One of the biggest is TIME and MANPOWER.

How long has the venue given us to set up?

A design that we have 6 hours to install may require a completely different size team if we're only given 2 or 3 hours to achieve the same result.

And remember — everything has to be finished, cleaned up and picture-perfect before your guests arrive.

So when you receive a décor quotation, you're not only paying for the flowers, backdrop, centrepieces or beautiful things you can physically see.

You're also paying for the people, planning, logistics and professional ex*****on required to make it all happen on time.

There really is so much that happens behind the scenes. ❤️

And we're still not finished… 👀
