The beautiful PMH poppy sail is back up for Remembrance Sunday.

The creation of the sail was a real community effort created from thousands of poppies knitted by local volunteers last year, and we are so proud that this is something we can display each year for Remembrance Day.

The act of remembrance will take place at Ponteland’s War Memorial on November 9th starting at 10.55am with two minutes' silence at 11am.

Refreshments will be available at the Memorial Hall after the service.

Join us at Ponteland Memorial Hall for an unforgettable evening of music as the Newcastle Male Chorus presents a special charity concert in aid of Tynedale Hospice at Home.
