Established in 2010 as Tuckys Anime, SunnyCon has moved from a small event in Sunderland to become the largest geek event in the North East picking up awards like best creative industry business for Sunderland in 2013 and Newcastle's best creative business award in 2016 along the way. Still undergoing changes, but we're having a week break atm. We figure we're allowed one week off a year, and with 47 weeks away, we feel safe taking one 🤣 However, we have received the footage from stage panels, and starting next week, we will be uploading footage to our YouTube and here on Facebook! So something to look forward to.

Hooo man, it's been a busy few weeks. Still an absolute ton of updates to be made as we shape up for 2027. All VIP and Premium tickets are gone! Weekend and day tickets are available, and don't forget Chibi is happening in March! As always, we take suggestions, recommendations, and ideas. 📢Table application update. We have sent out all invoices, everyone who has been accepted has now been contacted and we are currently sending payment receipts to those who have paid.

There are a few who we still need to hear back from (please check spam), but the spots are now all taken, and we have a waitlist of over 600.

Please don't message for individual updates. If you haven't received an email, but have applied, you are on the waitlist. If anyone drops out, we will then refer to the waiting list and you could still receive an email.

The endless march of time continues. 51 Weeks to go!

SunnyCon 2027 is now just less than a year away. We've gotten some of the pics and footage from our amazing photographers, and we're finishing traders' applications. A huge thank you to everyone, as we sold out both VIP AND Premium in 12 hours!! This has never happened, as Premium usually takes a few weeks. Immense support from everyone, and we're entering our slumber period where SunnyCon slips into the back of everyone's minds. We already have loads of ideas and plans, and as always, get your tickets in advance, as early sales help us budget for the next year!
