Well well well. These focaccia sandwiches were to die for 😍😍😍.

My morning delivery to Vanilla Black resulted in purchasing these bad lads made by Pikibitz and they did not disappoint. Wow 🤩 followed by a huge slab of Jammy Dodger Blondie made by Vanilla Blacks in house baker. Bloody delicious.

Pikibitz I will definitely be in touch to order some of the focaccia.

Saturday night’s wedding buffet at Blakelaw Club 🤍💍

Another busy Saturday for The B***y Bakery and this time we were at Blakelaw Club setting up this spread for the new Mr & Mrs 🥰

They went for a proper mix of everything — sandwiches & baguettes, homemade sausage rolls, quiche, chicken skewers, pies, salads, crudités, Caprese salad and plenty more.
And of course, we couldn’t just drop the food and run 😂

We gave the whole buffet a bit of the B***y treatment with our boards, stands, foliage and flowers to make it feel that little bit more special for a wedding. 🤍
There’s something lovely about seeing it all come together once it’s set up.
Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥂

Saturday’s Hen Do feast at Pilgrim 🇪🇸💃

We created this hot & cold Spanish tapas spread for a hen party at Pilgrim, Newcastle on Saturday… and just look at it 😍

We had Patatas Bravas, Croquetas de Jamón, Albóndigas, Chicken with Romesco Sauce, Pimientos de Padrón, Gambas Pil Pil, Empanadas and Marinated Chorizo, alongside Spanish meats, cheeses, tortilla, olives, pickles, breads and all the little extras.
And of course, the little gazpacho shots 🍅

Everything was set out along the tables so everyone could just sit, share, pick and get stuck in — exactly the sort of food you want for a hen do!
This was something a bit different for us and we absolutely loved creating it. I think we need to do more tapas 👀🇪🇸
