April arrived with Easter sunshine and the start of a brand new financial year and for us, that means one thing: planning season! We've been heads-down working with our incredible clients to map out their 2026/27 event calendars, and the diary is already looking busy.

From client bedroom bookings and networking events to education seminars, bi-annual conferences, litigation conferences, Mastermind events and skills seminars April has been busy. And with a new financial year and new goals our clients are hitting the ground running. If you're thinking about your events calendar for the year ahead, now is the perfect time to get in touch. ✍️

April was also a huge month for new business. We've been out and about across London on a host of site visits, meeting with clients old and new. It's been wonderful to welcome some fantastic new clients on board, and we can't wait to start bringing their events to life!

On the team front, April was quite the month! Sarah jetted off to Singapore to represent PAC at The Meeting Show APAC, while Steve headed to Marbella to check out the newly renovated Don Carlos. A stunning property that ticks all the boxes for conferences, leadership meetings and incentives. Watch this space! Closer to home, Christine and Stephen absolutely smashed the London Landmarks Half Marathon together. Pauline soaked up some sunshine in Tenerife before heading to Leeds to speak at Hospitality Live, and Kathryn recharged beautifully on a Mediterranean getaway. Work hard, travel harder!

To top it all off, the whole PAC team came together for a sunshine away day at the stunning Hilton, Syon Park the perfect way to celebrate a brilliant month and set the tone for an exciting year ahead. 💫 Thank you for having us Hilton London Syon Park Olesea Budeci Deborah Acott

Pauline’s recent trip to Vienna was truly memorable. Here’s her take on the experience.

Just had an unforgettable visit to Vienna, staying at the Vienna Marriott Hotel right in the heart of the city’s festive season. The hotel was the perfect base, great meeting spaces, warm hospitality, and the bonus of being just steps away from Vienna’s magical Christmas markets.

Moments like these remind me how important it is to step out of the office, explore new destinations, and make memories.

Grateful for this trip, inspired by the city, and already looking forward to the next visit.
