Digital Empowerment Network - The DEN As well as a busy Mum and Granny, I have worked in Administration positions since the age of 17, how many years?.......not sure, to many. and ADHD.

I live with numerous chronic conditions, the main ones are: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E. But they don't hold me back in fact they drive and make me who I am. 5 years ago I had very poor Mental Health and I received a Trauma Release Therapy, it changed me and my life. I turned in to the is confident go getter, the girl I was when I was younger, the girl that wanted to make a differen

ce in the world. Being in the NHS for over 10 years has meant adapting to an ever changing environment and I have become very skilled at this. As well as my Trauma/Pain Coaching for over 5 years me and my family are building a Digital Business and the end goal is to support other people with Mental & Physical Illness to succeed in Business.
