Established in 2011, our aim is to become Wales’ premier events company and provider of guest speakers and sporting memorabilia. Our events are tailored to provide you with a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet your heroes up-close, across Wales and the West’s premier venues. We are also able to supply many of the leading sporting speakers and entertainers across the UK and abroad and have rece

ntly exclusively promoted tours with rugby legends Sir Colin Meads, Wayne “Buck” Shelford and David Campese. Our other passion is fundraising and supporting local charities – giving something back is really important to us. We raise a lot of money for charities through auctions and raffles and by supplying memorabilia on a sale or return basis for charities to auction at their fundraising events. We have a huge range of authentic sporting memorabilia, including most recently, official WRU products. We look forward to you enjoying all that The Events Room has to offer.

A reminder that tickets are available from 9am on Friday (25th) July to our Christmas Cracker, 2025 at The Coal Exchange Hotel, Cardiff.

This year we will be joined by the legendary Kevin Keegan OBE, former England rugby captain Will Carling, along with 1985 World snooker finalists Steve Davis OBE and Dennis Taylor - 40 years since the incredible ‘Black-Ball’ final.

We look forward to welcoming you all on Friday 12th December.

We had the pleasure of booking Joey on many occasions, and always displayed class and humility.

His stories of Liverpool and the Boot Room will live long in the memory.

A proud Welshman who will be sorely missed by so many.

We are delighted to announce our line-up to our ‘Christmas Cracker, 2025 - one of the most popular events of the year.

This year we will be joined by the legendary Kevin Keegan OBE, former England rugby captain Will Carling, along with 1985 World snooker finalists Steve Davis OBE and Dennis Taylor - 40 years since the incredible ‘Black-Ball’ final.

The event will be hosted by Scott Quinnell.

The lunch will be held at the iconic Coal Exchange Hotel, Cardiff Bay on Friday 12th December 2025.

We are delighted to announce that the legendary former South African second row Victor Matfield will be available for a series of after dinner speaking opportunities in November.

Matfield generally considered one of the best locks to have ever played for South Africa and had a long successful partnership with Springbok and Blue Bulls teammate Bakkies Botha.
