A Greek-inspired Hen Night for 12 ladies: the ultimate evening of fabulous food, fun and Mediterranean flair.

Our chef created the perfect Greek buffet with homemade breads, a selection of meats cooked on the grill, a variety of accompaniments, choice of puddings and a selection of cheeses.

Even the rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of this special day.

This joyful couple chose a menu reflecting local spring produce.

Their Wedding breakfast consisted of canapés to start, elderflower lamb for mains and a trio of puddings to finish.

Their guests were also treated to a glorious cheese table which was feasted upon during the evening dancing.

A little look back at the food from a wonderful 2 day Wedding celebration.

Sean and Max chose a selection of canapés for their guests to enjoy during the drinks reception including elegant smoked salmon blinis and comforting cured fillet of beef.

Starter-Trio of seafood- King Scallops, pan fried fillet of sea trout and oven roasted loin of cod served with homemade Focaccia.

Main course- Marinated Elderflower lamb on a bed of spaghetti runner beans, spinach and crushed petit pois. Served with dauphinoise potatoes, heritage baby carrots and English asparagus spears.

Pudding- Classic strawberry pavlova

Cheese table- Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, Lincolnshire Poacher cheddar, Somerset Brie and Colston Bassett Stilton with accompaniments including homemade Parmesan cheese straws and roasted rosemary nuts.
