Hi, I’m Olivia — owner & creator of Minibakes Cheesecake Bar ✨

I also run our cheesecake shop in Newark-on-Trent, where my love for handcrafted desserts first began.

I created Minibakes Cheesecake Bar to bring a luxury, interactive dessert experience to weddings and special events — something beautiful, memorable, and a little different.

My husband is also a big part of Minibakes behind the scenes — he’s my biggest supporter and helps make it all happen 🤍

We’re so excited to introduce our newest concept — a live cheesecake bar experience designed for weddings, parties, and special events.

Our cheesecake bar will allow guests to create their own individual cheesecake servings, choosing from a selection of bases, toppings, and sauces — all freshly prepared and beautifully presented.

We’re currently working behind the scenes and will be launching soon 🤍
