Yesterday’s wedding guests were treated to a stunning plated meal that brought timeless favourites together with beautifully refined presentation. On the menu: tender slices of roast beef, slow-cooked fondant potatoes, a perfectly puffed Yorkshire pudding, and a generous pour of rich gravy — all finished with a crisp pea shoot garnish for a fresh, vibrant touch.
