Spent the afternoon making my curry base sauce from scratch which I use in 75% of my curry recipes……if you know, you know….😉. Forget I’m not cooking for my customers any more and have enough sauce for about 12 curry recipes. Bearing in mind I will get 4 portions from each batch, I make that 48 servings…… May need to do a curry night at home ❤️🥂
