One Ancient Grain and one with Modern twist this morning! Our Fresh Organic Bread on the shelf at 0% Waste Shop The Filling Station, Methven - and still very warm!
50/50% White Wheat & Wholemeal Spelt is the Ancient Grain Bread along with Modern Favourite Carrot & Thyme - this one 100% White Wheat....all British Grain and Scottish Carrots grown by our wonderful farmers😊😊

Good Morning😀
Our Fresh Bread heading to The Filling Station, Methven again this morning and today's choices are White Multi-Seed crammed full of Sunflower, Pumpkin and H**p Seeds plus Golden Linseeds - all high in healthy Omega levels, fibre and minerals.......
or treat yourself to our Walnut & Maple Syrup loaves finished with a sticky Maple glaze...delish!
Both breads great toasted with sweet or savoury toppings and both also freeze well for up to 3 months.

Tuesday's Fresh Bread choices - available from The Filling Station, Methven - are Sundried Tomato & Pine Nut made with British White Wheat Flour along with a touch of British Wholemeal, juicy Sundried Tomatoes, Olive Oil and crunchy Pine Nuts.....or......
something different - White Bread made with Ancient Grain, Einkorn. This oldest member of the Wheat family was grown and used as a staple food across the Mediterranean over 20,000 years ago and has a deep, earthy flavour - give it a try and see what you think.

Our Fresh Bread choices today are a touch of tradition and a touch of spice!
Traditional Wholemeal but baked as a Batch loaf instead of tin shaped and a White Spelt Tin Loaf with Ginger & Chia Seeds for a touch of spice and crunch! Both Breads are great eaten Fresh in chunks, as sandwiches, dunked in soup or toasted plus freeze well for around 3 months.
As usual, available from The Filling Station, Methven, 0% Waste Shop from 10.00 this morning.

June's favourite Bread today.....our Crazy Carrot & Thyme loaves will be available along with Gorgeous Green Olive & Mint Bread😋
Both of our Fresh Breads are made with British Wheat Flour and one contains Organic Scottish Carrots and fresh Thyme while the other has plump Greek Olives & Fresh Garden Mint for a lively flavour - hope you enjoy.

Our Fresh Loaves available from The Filling Station, Methven this morning are our tasty Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil made with Basil from my greenhouse plus Sunflower Seed & Cranberry - with a Maple Syrup glaze.

Good morning you lovely people :-)
I'm always looking to source natural, local ingredients for our catering and have recently made an exciting discovery - British Grown Linseed (also called Flaxseed) from family run The Linseed Farm - that grows and produces Whole Seeds, Milled Seeds and Linseed Oil. Linseed is a fantastic source of Omega goodness and known also for being a digestive aid.
So guess what's in todays Bread?! First option is White Rye & Linseed (both milled and whole Seeds in this delish loaf) or Sunflower Seed & Honey made with crunchy fat seeds and Organic British Honey.

Fantastic Friday to everyone!
Second lot of our Fresh Loaves just been popped into oven - yummy traditional Wholemeal again for your perfect weekend sandwiches or breakfast toast! First out of oven this morning was popular Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto & Basil - made with White Wheat Flour and slightly spicy Italian Olive Oil and Basil 😋
