FAQ Answered: Do I need to book in advance for events?

We always recommend it - and it helps us too!

Our events are popular and tickets can sell quickly, so booking in advance is the best way to make sure you don’t miss out. You can book easily online through Eventbrite, or pop into the Hub reception, where tickets are also available.

Some events may have tickets on the door, but we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed – so grab your tickets early to secure your spot! 🎟️

Welcome back to our Meet the Team series! 🙌

This month, we’d like you to meet Tony Almeida, one of our dedicated trustees. Tony has been with the Hub for many years and plays an important role in keeping everything running smoothly - from helping to organise events to ensuring our facilities are ready for the whole community to enjoy.

When we asked Tony what he enjoys most about being part of the Hub, he said:
“It’s the people - seeing the Hub buzzing with life makes it all worthwhile.” 💙

Outside of the Hub, Tony loves attending local events and being outdoors, enjoying the gorgeous Hampshire and New Forest views.

So next time you pop in, don’t forget to say hi to Tony - he’s one of the friendly faces helping to make the Hub feel like home. 👋

The Hub isn’t just about one-off events – it’s also home to a wide range of regular classes and clubs that bring people together week after week. Whether you’re looking to stay active, explore your creativity, or just meet new people, there’s something here for everyone. 🙌

It’s been a busy summer at the Hub! 🌞
