🚨 Police have shared an urgent appeal amid a search for a missing boy from Stockport.

James was last seen at Portwood at around 7.45pm on Monday evening (August 24). Police said officers are 'becoming increasingly concerned' about the 13-year-old.

In an appeal shared on social media on Tuesday, James was described as being around 170cm tall with short, dark hair. He also has a mole on his right cheek, officers said.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie with white, wide-leg joggers and black Adidas trainers with a white stripe and brown soles. James was also carrying a black, plain backpack.

Anyone who spots him, or who has any information on his whereabouts, should contacted Greater Manchester Police.

This is a personal post but it’s been a big week in our house!! My Daughter, Isla, passed her exams and is off to college to study Level 3 Music performance. My son Charlie passed his driving test and my niece passed all her exams too!! I’m a super proud Mum and Aunty!!
It’s been a very difficult 7 years for us as a family and things finally seem to be falling in to place and we are all moving forward doing what makes us happy for our future!! Can’t wait to see where the next few years takes my gorgeous family! Grief encompasses every part of your life but we seem to be moving forward in a really positive direction and I know Paul will be beaming down with pride at the kid’s achievements!! Stressful but wonderful week and tonight we celebrated!!
