Our wonderful land team, Suzy & Dean, have been busy tending and harvesting with care. From seed to soil, every plant has been lovingly nourished — and now it’s time to enjoy the delicious fruits of their work! 💚

We’re delighted to welcome back the lovely Cathy and Simon, joining us once again for a fun and energising weekend of yoga and fitness with their wonderful guests! They’re even thinking of calling it their “Yoga and Laughing Weekend” – and we think that sounds just perfect.

It’s always such a joy to see familiar faces return to our special place here at Trigonos. With the peace and beauty of the surrounding area, our cosy facilities, and of course our delicious food, it makes the ideal backdrop for yoga and wellbeing. And with the mountains of the National Park right on our doorstep, it couldn’t be more inspiring.

Our retreat and B&B guests can now begin their mornings with the rich aroma of locally roasted Poblado Coffi. From the rolling hills of Uganda and the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra to the vibrant soils of Zambia, every cup brings a taste of the world to our peaceful corner of Eryri / Snowdonia. 🌿🌍

We’re proud to bake our very own organic bread for our B&B and retreat guests to enjoy – made right here by our wonderful kitchen team, using the best ingredients and plenty of care.

It’s a true team effort, and this beautiful loaf was made by our lovely Terri-Ann, who brings warmth and intention into every batch she bakes (and yes – it’s just as tasty as it looks!).
