Corona Virus COVID19
As the seriousness of this virus begins to hit home, we understand the need to adapt while trying to operate as normal, at least until we are told otherwise by the government! We are constantly looking out for any updates and will keep you informed if anything changes.
We already follow a strict cleaning regime with all our hire equipment partly due to Paul's OCD nature, however we have increased this ten fold to ensure we are not spreading this nasty virus any further.
Our cancellation policy is still in place but we have adapted it for the current situation and it is valid across all our brands. Should you require to postpone your event we will allow you to move the date without penalty and all monies paid will be transferred to the new date. If we can't accommodate your event on the new date or the event cannot proceed then we will offer a refund on a case by case basis.
For your peace of mind; Xplosive Entertainments owns all its assets and premises outright so the business will still be here even if we have to lay dormant for an entire year. (Although we may go hungry during this time! đŸ˜¯)
The health and safety of our staff, clients and their guests is of paramount importance to us. We kindly ask anyone who has any symptoms, no matter how small to kindly let us know and postpone your event. Similarly if any of our event crew fall ill we will contact you. We hope you understand during this difficult time.
With all of this said, we have several vehicles and are happy to help out anyone local who needs essential deliveries of food, medicines etc. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can help you.
