✨ Carly & Dave ✨

From football matches in Contin to "I do" at Daviot Steading🤍

Carly and Dave's story began around 2006, when Dave started playing football for Contin FC, and fate quietly stepped in. ⚽ There was no dramatic romcom moment for these two, just two friends that slowly, naturally grew into something more.♥️
By 2008, they were officially together, and from there, life unfolded one beautiful chapter at a time.

From the first flat and unforgettable weekends together, to buying their family home and and welcoming their two wee boys, alongside their beloved Bulldogs Chibs and Barry, They built a life filled with love, laughter, football, takeaways, family time, and the simple joy of just being together🥰

It was during a weekend away in Glencoe, that Dave proposed with Carly's dream engagement ring, a ring she had very helpfully pointed out more than once over the years! 💍

After attending a wedding at Daviot Steading, they knew it was the perfect place for their own day, somewhere relaxed, family focused, dog friendly, and filled with the people they love most. 🥳

And so, from a football match in Contin to the beautiful surroundings of Daviot Steading, Carly and Dave celebrated not only their marriage, but everything they've built together over the years.🥰

✨ Frances & Stuart ✨

Their love story started with a Bumble match that very nearly disappeared altogether. But somehow, through fresh starts, long-distance, lockdowns, Singapore adventures, and travelling the world together, these two found their way exactly where they were meant to be.♥️✈️

Surrounded by family and friends at beautiful Achnagairn Castle, Frances and Stuart tied the knot in every sense of the phrase - quite literally through a handfasting using McLean artan, symbolising not only the joining of two lives, but two families too.💖

There was laughter, stories, a few affectionate roasts involving sports commentary and exce banana buying, and so much love in the room🍌🤣😍

It was an absolute joy to be part of such a special day in this couples lives. Frances & Stuart, wishing you a lifetime of adventures, happiness and all the beautiful moments still to come.❤️

✨ Indie & Will ✨

Their story doesn't begin with a grand, cinematic moment...it began in 2007, on their very first day of secondary school, aged just eleven.

Indie though Will was a little dorky but importantly very cute, and Will noticed the girl with the long hair and he thought she was beautiful 😍
A Costa date soon followed...and from that moment on, they did what they've continued to do ever since - they chose each other.☕❤️

Through school, life, and all it's changes, their story was always the same: finding their way back to one another.

There were nerves in the early days - awkward first visits, family dinners that didn't quite go to plan, and moments that now make the best stories - but even then, they were already learning what it means to build something real together. 💖

By 19, they had their first cottage.
By 21, their bought their first home.
Eight weeks after saying "let's wait a year"...they got a dog🐾

From there came a life filled with travel, Friday night pizzas, cosy evenings, shared dreams, and a growing love of dogs that became a huge part of who they are.🐾✈️🍕

The proposal? Romantic...with a twist.
A dark lakeside at Centre Parcs, where it was so dark Indie couldn't even see the ring - and briefly wondered if Will was joking - before a very real, very happy "yes!" 💍

So they eloped to Scotland, to the beautiful Fife Arms - just the two of them and their witnesses.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Their love story has never been about the size of the celebration.
It's about growing up together.
Supporting each other.
And choosing, again and again, the life they've built side by side.

And now here they are, 19years later....still choosing each other.🥰

✨ Bill & Nikki ✨

Some love stories arrive quietly...and the change everything♥️

When Nikki and Bill met, messages quickly became long conversations, easy laughter, and a connection that simply felt right.

Their first date involved coffee, dinner, snowy roads from Betty hill, and Bill initially wondering if Nikki might be a "posh bird", mainly because she was an officer's and padre's daughter! Thankfully, that idea disappeared almost immediately once they started talking😂
From that very first date, things simply ticked.

There were walks, music, cooking, gym sessions, holidays, family time, and a life that slowly became completely shared. Through the happy moments and the difficult ones, they became each others safe place, steady, supportive, and always there when it mattered most.

Even after both insisting marriage wasn't on the cards again...life clearly had other ideas!
One ordinary morning in Betyhil, with Bill in his dressing gown and Nikki in her PJ's he casually asked:
" I know we said we weren't going to do this...but will you marry me?"
To Nikki's complete surprise and absolutely delight, she answered with an immediate yes💖

Their beautiful ceremony in Inverness Botanic Gardens was filled with love, music, family, and meaning.🌿
Nikki walked down the aisle, escorted by her three sons, while The Inverness Military Wives Choir sang - a truly emotional moment.
The choir also sang during the signing of the marriage schedule, before Nikki herself joined them at the end to sing "Stronger Together" - especially fitting for a couple who have supported each other through absolutely everything.

Theirs is a lovely story that proves sometimes the best chapters of you life begin when you least expect them.🥰

✨ Georgie & Aaron ✨

This gorgeous couple's love story began unusually with safety harnesses, zip wires, and the tree tops of Go Ape 🌳

Georgie noticed Aaron's dry, understated humour....and how in a group, they just kept drifting towards each other - purely by accident of course!😉
Aaron, meanwhile, admired Georgie's kindness and intelligence...even after witnessing her fall off a rope swing in what he described as a spectacularly dramatic fashion! She was absolutely fine...and they laughed until their bellies hurt.💖
This was the moment Aaron knows - Georgie was his kind of person💫

Their relationship grew through a strong friendship and once they became a couple their life grew naturally together ♥️
They've taken on everything life as thrown their way - including lockdown in a flat...and still loving each other at the end of it🥰

Then there are the adventures ✨
Seven weeks in Italy, two months backpacking Central America, Australia, skydiving, scuba diving.
Time and time again, proving that whether it's a big adventure or a quiet night in with a takeaway and a good bottle of red🍷they are simply at their best... together.

The proposal happened in Greece, with stunning views, Aaron asked the question and Georgie didn't hesitate - it was an easy joyful yes! 💍

From treetops to travels...their story has always been full of laughter, adventure and love.
And now...their next chapter as a married couple.♥️

✨I love my job so much ✨

🌟 Anna & Bradley 🌟

Their story began in the most unexpected place...the back seat of a Ford Fiesta! 🚗

What had started as a girls night turned into a rescue mission from a music festival in Dores...where Bradley, claiming a "burst eardrum", was actually just a wee bit worse for wear, and completely unable to find the car that had arrived to rescue him.😄
Anna stepped in, guided him safely to the car, and sat beside him for the journey home... chatting the whole way.

Bradley tried to make a strong first impression by introducing Anna to his dog, Beau🐾 - an excellent move, as Anna fell in love instantly...with Beau! Bradley had to wait about 18 month longer❤️

From friendship grew something more, and by the time their first official date rolled around, they already knew - this just felt right💕

Since then, it's been a life filled with travel, laughter, and love ✨
Sorrento, Majorca, Dubai...a home together in Inverness, cosy nights in with Bradley's famous crispy duck, a good bottle of red, and a good TV series on the go 🍽️🍷 📺

And then on a private terrace overlooking the Dubai skyline... Bradley got down on one knee with the very engagement ring Anna designed💍
She said yes straight away - followed, of course, by plenty of champagne 🥂

From a chance meeting to a lifetime together...a story of friendship, laughter, love and the excitement of their next chapter as a married couple. 🥰

✨ Kaitlin & Greg ✨

Well their love story began thanks to mutual friends. There were no grand gestures, no rom-com moment...just a quiet beginning that turned into something very special❤️

First impressions?
Greg noticed Kaitlin's brown curly hair, her tartan fluffy jacket, and she was great craic, so much so, it made him want to show off a little! 😆
Kaitlin, on the other hand, first noticed.... Greg's car🚗 But once she did notice him, it was his "Super dreamy eyes" that sealed the deal💫

Their first date was a trip to the cinema 🎬📽️ By then, they already knew they just loved spending time together.🥰

From there, life unfolded beautifully, trips away, time with family, and plenty of memories along the way.🌟

Day to day, they're happiest in the simple moments...Dog walks, drives for coffee, concerts, cosy nights in - pizza, a film, a cocktail or beer, and always at least one pet involved. 🍕🍸🐾

And then the proposal ❤️
After searching for the "perfect" moment, Greg realised the truth... the perfect moment was just them being them!
A quiet night in. A home cooked meal. A film.
And then, with nerves and a whole lot of love, he asked Kaitlin to Mary him.💍

Her answer?
Tears, laughter, disbelief...and a big joyful YES🥰

From there, it was sharing their news with family & friends, celebrations, and planning their big day. Kaitlin led the way with planning,Greg offering his expert support - "whatever you think Kaitlin!" 😂

At Loch Ness Country House it was a celebration of a life built on laughter, love, patience, pets and pizza✨

Theirs is a lovely story that is easy, joyful, and completely them.🥰
Here is to the adventures still to come! 💕

✨ Claire & Alan ✨

Their story began at a wedding, Claire there for the bride, Alan for the groom...and a little behind-the-scenes matchmaking already in motion! 🥰

That might, standing at the bar, Alan couldn't takes his eyes off Claire - he thought she was absolutely stunning.❤️
As they got chatting, something else became clear...they shared the exact same sense of humour. Easy laughter, natural banter, and that feeling of just clicking. 💫

Not long after, Alan messaged Claire...not to 'ask' her on a date, but to tell her she was going on one.😂
A week later, he arrived to pick her up, to find Claire already slightly tipsy thanks to a bit of Dutch courage. 🍸

That first date? Pizza, cocktails, and hours of chatting...no awkward silences, no effort needed- just easy, natural, and fun.💛
They also learned a few key things...Claire had once been a goth, and Alan eats Pizza with a knife and fork. 🍕 🍴 🤣

From there, life unfolded quickly ✨
Holidays to Rome, Munich, Salzburg, Fuerteventura, their first home together, and two dogs to complete the family.🐾

Then came the even bigger moments❤️
An engagement...and soon after, the arrival of their daughter's, filling their world with love, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos.

Today, life is busy, full, and completely theirs🏡
A growing family, a home they're renovating into their forever place.

And then...the proposal 💍
Carefully planned and an engagement ring secretly hidden in a watch case so Claire would be none the wiser👀

Alan's plan was a romantic beach proposal in Fuerteventura, but nerves had other ideas...and instead, on the very first afternoon, at a viewpoint overlooking the ocean - also without intention, overlooking a nudist beach🤣

Alan got down on one knee and asked: "can I annoy you for the rest of our lives?" ❤️
Not the most traditional proposal question...but Claire's answer was an easy yes🥰

Surrounded by the people they love most, they exchanged vows and wedding rings, knowing they're exactly where they were meant to be - together. 😍

✨ Becky & Cameron ✨

Their love story began with matching Wimbledon tennis outfits🎾 a Halloween party 🎃, and a very enthusiastic fake tennis rally in the garden.

Becky and Cameron had always moved in the same circles but it was at this party that Cameron wandered over, struck up a conversation, and from that moment on, it was clear they clicked, their was laughter, and just the right amount of competition! 💫

On their first date there were no awkward silences, just endless laughter and easy conversation, they simply picked up where they'd left off at the Halloween party.😍

Life soon took them in different directions, with university years spent in Glasgow and Edinburgh 🎓
but distance never changed what they had - they simply made it work.
Over time came adventures, ski trips, a brief and unforgettable attempt at horse riding🏇😂, and a life filled with all the things they love most: great food, dog walks, BBQs, time with family and friends, and - always finding the best brunch spot.🍝

They went on to buy their first home together🏡 a place they've truly made their own.

The proposal? Well what seemed like a completely normal walk up a hill in Tomatin but it was actually much more. This walk had been carefully planned.
With a few well timed distractions and nerves in full swing - not helped by a dog convinced Cameron was hiding a tennis ball 🐶 - once at the top, Cameron asked Becky to turn around.

There he was, down on one knee, holding out her engagement ring. 💍
Becky was completely shocked.... actually speechless, but only for a moment, because her answer was an easy, joyful yes.❤️

From Halloween costumes to hilltop proposals, theirs is a lovely story full of laughter, adventure, and so much heart. 💕

And now...their next chapter begins. 🥰
