Hickory @ Home

We want to make you dinner! After weeks of development we are delighted to be launching Hickory @ Home - delivering seasonal gourmet meals directly to your door, which are super simple to finish at home.

We’ll be changing the set menu every week so you can have a night off at the weekend and spoil yourselves with some high-level cooking by our brilliant chefs. Each meal for two, uses the best of Scotland’s larder and comes with a bottle of wine so you will have everything you need for a luxurious night in.

Happy New Year! It’s been a busy year at Hickory Bars, so busy that we’ve served 20,346 shots of gin this year. That’s a lot of G&T’s. We can’t wait for another year of incredible festivals and events!

It's Gin and Tonic day (the best day of the year if you ask us)! Here at Hickory Bars, we're masters of the perfect serve. From Edinburgh Gin to Rock Rose Gin, from Borders Book Festival 11-14 June 2020 to Royal Highland Show, we've been all over serving up the perfect G&T's!

We're enjoying a short holiday before our next adventure! Then it's off to Braemar for their annual Braemar Gathering and Highland Games Centre on the 7th of September.

We can't wait to see you there enjoying some great craft beers, world class tossing of the caber, and hopefully some sunshine!
