✨ One more sleep until we open the doors to Trick or Treat Town ✨
🎃 Information for guests 🎃
We can’t wait to welcome you to Trick or Treat Town. In advance of the event, please take time to read this information. It is a long one, but it includes lots of important information.
🕸 Arrival 🕸
You are welcome to arrive at the event from 5:30pm to grab a drink and some food (serving throughout the night) The performances will begin at 6pm.

Morpeth Cricket, Hockey and Tennis Club, 101-103 Longhirst Village, Longhirst, Morpeth NE61 3LL
On arrival, follow the signs to the car park, from which you will make your way to the entrance of the event.
🕸 Tickets 🕸
Please show your Eventbrite ticket on your phone, or print off a copy if you wish. Your ticket will be exchanged for a wrist band that will allow you to come and go as you please. Please, please, make sure that all members of your party have a valid ticket for the event. Both adults and children require a ticket for entry. We are at capacity for this event and cannot sell tickets on the evening. We would hate to turn you away if you have not bought a ticket to attend with your child. Please contact us ASAP if this is the case.
🕸 Dress for the weather 🕸
Please note that this is an outdoor event in October. With this in mind, dress for the weather and wear suitable shoes as the cricket pitch will be muddy underfoot. We also suggest you bring a torch with you.
🕸 Food and drinks 🕸
Hot food will be available to purchase on the evening as well as some sweet treats. The Clubhouse Bar will be open for snacks, hot and cold drinks - both soft and alcoholic! Most vendors and the bar will accept card payments, but some items will require cash.
🕸 Responsibility for children 🕸
Children are your own responsibility, please do not leave them unattended with our performers.
🕸 Photography 🕸
A photographer and videographer will be at the event, if you do not wish to be included in event photography which will be used on social media, website and other marketing promotions please make this known to the photographer who will ensure you are not captured on any footage.
🕸 Toilet facilities 🕸
Toilet and baby changing facilities are located inside the Clubhouse.
🕸 Timings 🕸
Performances and party will end at approx 8:30pm.
The clubhouse will remain open till 10pm.
🕸 Performers 🕸
Our performers are subject to change - although we hope that this doesn’t happen, this current climate we are living in means that someone may come down with an unexpected period of isolation which is out of our control.
🕸 Covid-19 🕸
This event is predominately outdoors however, some performances will take place in a large bell tent and the Club House also provides seating and access to the bar and toilets. We ask that you maintain social distancing wherever possible throughout the event and you are most welcome to wear a face covering when indoors. Hand sanitiser gel will be available in various locations around the event.
