🚨 URGENT COMMUNITY APPEAL 🚨

As you may be aware, there was a serious house fire in Tingley early this morning (Wednesday). The fire which had spread throughout the house was attended by firefighters from Hunslet and Ossett, Police and Three people were taken to hospital for treatment for smoke inhalation.

𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎 𝙇𝙊𝘾𝘼𝙇 𝙁𝘼𝙈𝙄𝙇𝙔 𝙃𝘼𝙎 𝙇𝙊𝙎𝙏 𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙔𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙒𝙀’𝙍𝙀 𝙏𝙍𝙔𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙏𝙊 𝙃𝙀𝙇𝙋 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙈 𝙄𝙉 𝘼𝙉𝙔 𝙒𝘼𝙔 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙒𝙀 𝘾𝘼𝙉!

The family will need a lot of support moving forwards, they escaped with their lives wearing the clothes on their back but have lost all their belongings and personal possessions. We have shown time and time again that people in this community care and that when we pull together we can really make a difference which is why we're asking if you can help....

𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚:
‼️ A House to rent - the family are now homeless and having to stay with family.
‼️ Girls Clothes & Footwear (Age 12-13 | Shoe Size 4).
‼️ Teenage Boy Clothes & Footwear (Age 16 - Small Men’s | Shoe Size 8 ).
‼️ Adult Clothes & Footwear (Ladies: Size 8-10 | Shoe Size 4/5 & Mens: Size Medium | Shoe Size 9 ).
‼️ As Always, whilst we recognise that gifts may not be the priority right now, there are two children from our community that have gone through the unimaginable- we’d like to treat the kids and the family with gifts, toys, games etc.

In time, the family will need household items and furnishings but at the moment , we’re just trying to help as best we can with what they need right now. If you can help with household items, let us know and we will see if the family have options for storage.
