Bevan’s got the moves! 🏉 This week we’re throwing it back to the 1970s, when Welsh rugby hero John Bevan was in his sporting prime. Do you have any memories of this incredible era of rugby history? 🤩

As huge Buffy fans over at Blake Theatre HQ, we have been reeling from the terrible news about Anthony Head.

Giles was the beating heart of Buffy, the character that offered warmth, guidance, a stern look over his glasses and some of the funniest lines in the entire 144 episodes.

Plus he was the Gold Blend guy, which I'm sure many of our clientele appreciated!

Catch the world premier of this fabulous new play at a theatre close to John Bevan's heart!

John is a former teachers here at Haberdashers' Monmouth School, teaching young rugby lovers to follow in his footsteps.

The play had R & D sessions here before being reworked into the final production.

And John Bevan will be in the audience and available to chat with fans before the show!
