High above Dundee, overlooking their hometown, Victoria and Neil said their vows surrounded by their favourite people, in a place that holds some very special family memories ❤️

Random dog walkers joining our pre ceremony selfies, last minute nail emergencies for Victoria before heading down the aisle, a fabulous crowd of guests and a ch*****ne filled quaich that once belonged to Victoria’s grandparents, marking their 50th wedding anniversary! 🥂

With plenty of laughter, brilliant stories and a few happy tears, it was such a lovely celebration!

Thank you both for trusting me with your story…I’ll absolutely be holding you to that ten year vow renewal! 🌙☁️

✨ Mooncloud Love ✨

Well this was a lovely surprise to receive 🤍

Caitlin & Callum’s wedding at the gorgeous Cardney Steadings back in August was such fun! What a crowd they had too…so much laughter, plenty of happy tears and a whole lot of love for these two ❤️

We had the B**r Boys making their entrance before the bride, a traditional Scottish handfasting and of course, the star of the show…Murphy the dog, who absolutely nailed his very important role as ring bearer! 🐾💍

One of my favourite parts of this job is helping couples who aren’t quite sure what they want from their ceremony at first. Getting to know them, sharing ideas and creating something that feels completely them is exactly what I love doing!

And knowing that they plan to bring out their keepsake ceremony script on anniversaries makes these words even lovelier to receive 🤍

✨ SCOTLAND FINALIST!! ✨

Well…this has been a Wild Wednesday!

I am absolutely BUZZING to share that Mooncloud Ceremonies is a 2027 Wedding Industry Awards Scotland Finalist!

And not once…but twice!

I’ve been named a Regional Finalist in both the Celebrant and Newcomer categories and I genuinely can’t quite believe it!

A huge thank you to every single one of my beautiful couples who took the time to vote and share their experience of having me as part of their wedding day. Knowing your feedback helped get me here makes this feel even more special ❤️

And just five days into this new chapter of life, the timing of this one feels pretty special too ❤️

To be sitting alongside so many incredible people in the Scottish wedding industry is amazing and whatever happens next, I’m already ridiculously proud to have made it this far.

That drink in my hand feels very appropriate right now! 🥂

I’VE DONE IT!! ❤️

10 days of clocking in, walking in, logging in, settling in and getting stuck in…followed by freaking out, pigging out, clearing out, crying my eyes out and going all out.

And now…over and out 🙌🏼

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the countdown, helped me film it (don’t worry, I’ll never reveal our secrets!) got involved and made these last ten days so much fun ❤️

This week had been a lot…so many lovely words, hugs, tears and the most incredible Ted Lasso inspired send off from the best boss/new bestie around that I don’t think I’ll ever forget! Walking out of school for the last time after all these years was always going to feel pretty huge, but OMG…I’ve actually done it!!!!!

A huge leap of faith, my usual levels of impulsivity and a massive amount of hope that this little business will grow into something big enough to change my life.

Every ending is the beginning of something new and I am SO ready to find out exactly what that looks like!

Mooncloud…I’m all yours! 🌙☁️

Their ceremony had a bit of everything…surprise readers, a ring warming, a special wee gesture for the Grannys, handfasting and a near miss foreign kidnapping story thrown in for good measure!

And afterwards, they became the very first newlyweds in the MoonBuzz 🌙🚐 Photos I’ve looked back on more times than I could possibly count!

Well this was a bit special! 😍

I’ve loved imagining how my wee Buzz could become part of Mooncloud…but these photos surpass anything I had pictured!

Seeing my first newlyweds sitting in there, having a wee glass of fizz with the Mooncloud sign glowing behind them has made me ridiculously happy🥂

It’s given me such a glimpse of what this wee space could become and now my head is absolutely bursting with ideas!

Thank you Mr & Mrs Callaghan for being the first Mooncloud newlyweds to climb on in 🤍

I think we might be onto something here 🌙🐝

The Mooncloud roadshow is fast becoming a full-time job, which is handy really… because two weeks today, I leave teaching forever! 🥹

Three wedding fayres down ✔️✔️✔️ and this Sunday I’m off to The Newport Inn for the next one!

Plus, there’s a NEW DATE just added… Silverwood Resort on Sunday 1st November ✨

It’s actually quite surreal looking at this and realising that in just two weeks, I won’t be squeezing celebrant life in around school anymore…this gets to be my full-time job! 🥂

So…Newport, who’s coming to see the Moon Buzz and I this Sunday? 🌙☁️🚐

✨ SHE’S HERE!! ✨

Meet the Moon Buzz 🌙🚐

At the moment, my “mobile office” consists of a rug, a cushion, a throw, a laptop, a jungle disco suit and a pair of pink stilettos but we’ve got to start somewhere! 🤍

Over the next wee while, I’ll be turning this little space into Mooncloud on the move - somewhere to work, write ceremonies, meet couples, get ready between weddings and maybe even put my head down after some of those further afield adventures 🫶

But for now? I’m just sitting on the floor of my new van, drinking fizz and feeling a little bit giddy about what this represents 🥹

A few months ago, I would never have thought I’d be brave enough to make the leap and do this properly. Now I’ve handed in my notice, the Moon Buzz is sitting outside and a whole new chapter is about to begin 💕

Next stop: The Scotsman, Edinburgh this Sunday ✨

I absolutely love wedding fayre season - getting to meet so many of you, hearing all about your plans and putting faces to some of the names I recognise from here 🤍

And it definitely seems to have brought a wee flurry of enquiries with it too! They’ve been coming thick and fast over the last couple of weeks, so a little diary update…

Every Saturday from 15th May right through to 4th September 2027 is now BOOKED! 🥹

I still have selected 2027 dates available, and my 2028 diary is open, so if you’ve been thinking about getting in touch, consider this your wee nudge 🌙☁️
