✨ Our Director Zoe on-site at the Omega opening launch! ✨

What a fantastic day delivering this milestone event for one of our wonderful clients. With bright skies, brilliant energy, and an incredible turnout, including the Mayor of Warrington and many special guests, it was a launch to remember.

The morning began with fresh coffee, engaging speaker sessions, and a guided tour and live demo across the site, giving guests a real insight into what’s ahead.

Bringing this event to life was a true pleasure for our team. From seamless logistics to creating a standout guest experience, every detail came together perfectly. Events like this are a reminder of why we love what we do - connecting people, celebrating progress, and elevating moments that matter.

Christmas, but make it padel! 🎾

Last week, the team swapped festive jumpers for padel courts as we took on our Christmas celebration the Event Collaborative way. We don’t do things the conventional way around here and our events are no different. Always full of fun!

Lots of laughs, a bit of competition, and a great way to wrap up an amazing year together.

🎅🎄 We sleighed it in London last week! ✨

From Manchester to Leicester Square, we sprinkled festive magic all over The Vue for a private screening of Christmas Karma!

Elves on patrol 🧝‍♂️, a craft corner ✂️, hook-a-duck 🦆, red carpet entrances 🌟, and photo opps galore, we made sure the space was holly, jolly, and totally lit (literally — Leicester Square was twinkling too!)

Nothing beats planning a Christmas event that’s merry, bright, and full of family fun. ❄️✨

We had the pleasure of organising and being on site for this fantastic event at Ramside Hall. It was a full day of meetings, followed by some well-deserved fun and bonding.

The highlight? A Murder Mystery Dinner 🕵️♂️ the perfect way to get everyone working together, strengthening teamwork, and creating laughs along the way.

The venue didn’t disappoint either, stunning facilities, plenty of space to relax, and a chance to recharge after a busy day.

What a fantastic experience delivering this event at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester for our brilliant client! With 70 participants, dynamic speaker sessions, a dedicated breakout room, and a well-deserved after-party dinner, the day perfectly blended learning, connection, and celebration.

Our team took care of every detail from logistics and accommodation management to the meeting and registration desk (complete with our signature survival kits!). It was such a pleasure bringing all the moving parts together to create a seamless experience from start to finish.

Another great event delivered … and we can’t wait for the next one!
