Team building should be something people look forward to, not something they dread! It’s a chance to get everyone away from their desks, have some fun, try something different and connect with colleagues in a completely different setting. Forget the awkward icebreakers and forced networking - the best team-building experiences are the ones where people are laughing, getting stuck in and creating memories together.
It could be anything from a GPS treasure hunt or a cookery challenge to a charity build, country sports, escape games or something completely different. The activity itself almost becomes secondary, it's the conversations, the teamwork and the shared memories that people remember.
