My name is Amanda and I am a professional photographer based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. I started Cream Photography in 2004, and mainly work in and around Leeds, Wakefield and Huddersfield areas. For me, Photography was a hobby that has developed into a very successful business, it is about the pure joy of creating images that will last a lifetime. A photo, I believe, is something that stops a m

OK… I’M A TERRIBLE SOCIAL MEDIA PHOTOGRAPHER!

I know, I know… you’re all waiting for wedding photos and I’ve been crazy, ridiculously, wonderfully busy actually taking them!

So… BIG EFFORT NOW to catch up with all the gorgeous weddings I’ve been so lucky to capture — and what better place to start than with the absolutely wonderful Mica & Dominic! ❤️

These two travelled all the way from their home in Perth, Western Australia, to celebrate their marriage surrounded by their amazing family and friends at the fabulous Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey — and WOW…

The first of two beautiful weddings this week is almost here, and tomorrow I have the pleasure of capturing the wedding celebration of the gorgeous Eve & Ben.

Their special day will take place at the stunning Wortley Hall in Sheffield – with its beautiful grounds, elegant interiors and so many fantastic locations for creating timeless wedding photographs.

I'm really looking forward to meeting all of their family and friends, capturing every smile, every happy tear and every unforgettable moment as they celebrate the start of married life together. It sounds like it's going to be an incredible day, and I can't wait to document every second.

Tomorrow I'm heading to the breathtaking Tithe Barn, nestled within the picturesque Bolton Abbey Estate, to capture the wedding of the gorgeous Mica & Dominic!

Having flown all the way home from Perth, Western Australia, to celebrate their marriage surrounded by their closest family and friends, this day is set to be something truly special. From the stunning setting to the incredible plans they've shared with me, it sounds like it's going to be a heck of a celebration filled with memories!

I can't wait to capture every fabulous moment, from the happy tears to the dance floor celebrations, and everything in between.

Looking forward to celebrating with Erin & Rory as they tie the knot this weekend!

Their day begins with a beautiful church ceremony in the picturesque village of Kirby Hill before everyone heads to a marquee reception at their stunning family farm, Pilmoor Hall, in rural North Yorkshire.

It sounds like they have an incredible day planned, surrounded by family, friends and the Yorkshire countryside. To top it all off, the weather forecast is looking absolutely glorious!

I can't wait to capture every smile, every happy tear and all those special moments that make a wedding day so unforgettable. Here's to an amazing celebration!

Looking forward to photographing the wedding of Claire and John tomorrow!
It’s always a pleasure to return to Holdsworth House, a marvellous historic Jacobean manor and luxury hotel in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The venue is full of character, charm, and beautiful backdrops for a wedding day.

Tomorrow is shaping up to be a fantastic celebration. The weather forecast looks like it might provide a few challenges, but fingers crossed the rain stays away when we need it to!

Most of all, I’m looking forward to meeting Claire and John’s friends and family, capturing all the laughter, emotions, and special moments, and telling the story of what promises to be a wonderful day.

What a day at the stunning Woodstock — a luxury countryside barn venue set within 20 acres of beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, just outside York. The perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration
Sunshine skies, emotional vows, heartfelt toasts and one incredible party from start to finish
The boys brought the vibes with silly socks & cigar camaraderie, while the girls absolutely oozed glamour and style
From the joyous ceremony and emotional speeches and special toasts to sunset portraits, a sparkling send-off and dancing the night away with a sensational live band — this wedding had EVERYTHING

What. A. Wedding.

Rebekah looked absolutely breathtaking from the very first moment — effortlessly elegant, sensational in every way — while Dominik completely wowed in a crisp white tux that was nothing short of iconic.

Set inside the stunning Manor House Lindley, their monochrome colour palette blended seamlessly with the venue’s incredible interiors, creating the most timeless, editorial atmosphere imaginable.

And then came golden hour... The most dreamy light creating the perfect backdrop for some romantic portraits.

From confetti-filled aisle moments to iconic bar shots, emotional speeches that had everyone laughing through tears, and a dance floor packed all night long thanks to the BEST live band ever… this day was pure magic from start to finish.

A celebration full of style, love, energy, and unforgettable memories — the kind of wedding you never want to end.
