This mornings prep for our second night at The Workshop and Loft today.

We’re kicking off the evening by making one of our favorite taco toppings:

Sweet & Spicy Carrot. 🥕🔥

First, we roast the carrots with Urfa chilli and a blend of warm spices to bring out that deep, smoky heat.

Then we finish them with a drizzle of date molasses and hot honey for the perfect balance of sweet + spicy.

Urfa chilli is a Turkish chilli with a smoky, sweet and fruity undertones, often compared to a mix of raisins, chocolate, and a hint of citrus or coffee.

Trust us… your tacos are about to get next-level. 🌮💛

It’s nearly time! Christmas! 🎄
Know you are all starting to plan the next couple of months, so thought we’d give you a heads up on all the exciting events we have planned for the next couple of months!
We really appreciate all the support and feedback we’ve had since taking over in June and are looking forward to our first Christmas The Workshop and Loft!
