Last year I had the pleasure of working with the amazing folk at Abbeydore Retreats in Hereford. Dan and Emma, the owners of the retreat, are fantastic. They always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their hospitality makes me feel like part of the family. I've stayed in their shepherds huts on more than one occasion, they are very cosy and the space-age Starlink WiFi is very fast!

I was blown away by the beauty of the location and I'm really proud of the lifestyle/promotional work I've produced for Dan and Emma. I highly recommend checking out their website, Facebook and Instagram to get a better idea of what Abbeydore Retreats has to offer. If you're looking for a health and fitness retreat in the heart of the British countryside, look no further, you won't be disappointed!
