Tickets

Tickets are not reserved without payment. To secure your spot, we require a deposit of 50% of the ticket price. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the event.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

A full refund will only be issued if we have to cancel an event for any reason. Exchanges
•If you spot better seats for the same price or higher, let us know—we’ll swap them for you! You’ll just need to pay the difference, if any.
•One exchange per person per event.
•Exchanges are not available within 7 days of the event.
•Some venues may have a “no refund or exchange” policy, which will apply accordingly. Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled, we will contact you via phone or email and issue a full refund, including all fees. We will also offer the chance to exchange your ticket for a future event with a free upgrade! Since upgraded tickets are limited, you’ll have the option to apply this offer to any upcoming event at the same venue. Exceptions

Refunds and exchanges do not apply to:
•Resale or auctioned tickets
•Tickets purchased with additional items or bundled products
