Tapas for 60 guests at a private party at Club 124 in Bletchley.
Cured meats, aubergines with garlic and bay leaf, roasted peppers with garlic and capers, courgettes in garlic and lemon, aioli, sun dried tomatoes, olives and homemade hummus with lemon and coriander 🥘.

The Paella Pan are cooking mushroom risotto, chicken in lemon sauce and roasted butternut squash, beetroot and red onion as a vegetarian option.

The Paella Pan travelled to Oxford on Friday to cater for a staff event at a private school. We served a large Veg/Vegan paella with a chicken & chorizo option. On Saturday we catered for a private party in Bedlow Bucks. Cooking chicken, chorizo & prawn paella for 90 guests🥘🥘

What a fabulous weekend we have had🥘.
We cooked Chicken & Chorizo, Seafood and Veg/Vegan Paella yesterday for 225 guests at Headington Girls School in Oxford.
Then today we served tapas, Chicken & Chorizo and a seafood Paella followed by chocolate brownies and fresh fruit pavlova for 50 guests at a special birthday party. 🥘
