BOFF, WE’RE GOING OLD SCHOOL! 🙌

Every year we’ve brought our Chaat Menu to Big Olney Food Festival, but this year we’re taking a trip down memory lane…

We’re bringing back an old Saf’s Kitchen favourite!

We used to serve this menu at BOFF many years ago, and after the amazing feedback we had at EAT STREET MK , we thought… why not bring it back?!

We’re back at BOFF this weekend and we’re bringing the truck with us!

We’ve been coming to BOFF for many years and every year with our Chaat Menu… but after the response we got to our Old School Saf’s Kitchen menu at EAT STREET MK , we’ve decided to switch things up. 👀

We’ve got a fair bit of curry left over from all the events we’ve been catering, and as we’re not doing a Curry Night for a while, I thought I’d put some out for you lot before it disappears into my freezer! 😂

Available this Sunday:

🍛 Butter Chicken
🌶️ Garlic Chilli Chicken
🥔 Chicken Aloo Masala

All at £10 each.
These are freshly cooked curries and can be frozen, so you can pop them away for another day.

SEPTEMBER… LET’S DO THIS!

What a weekend! A huge thank you to everyone who came out to Canal St Coffee and Sophie Neal | Milton Keynes Blogger Street Feast and supported us all. It was a brilliant couple of days and we loved seeing so many familiar faces and plenty of new ones too.

Now onto September…

It’s one of our busiest months of the year, with weddings, corporates, private parties and lots happening behind the scenes, but we’ve made sure we still have time for some of our favourite public events.

And, as if September wasn’t busy enough… it’s my birthday too. 😂 And yes, as always, I’ll be working at an event. Wouldn’t have it any other way!

We’ll be bringing different menus to each event, so keep your eyes peeled because menus will be coming very soon.

GLUTEN FREE? COELIAC? WE’VE GOT YOU!

We’ve had lots of messages asking about our Punjabi Fish N Chips at Sophie’s Street Feast this Sunday, so here’s the answer… YES! 🙌🏽

Our Fish N Chips are always GLUTEN FREE
And for our coeliac customers, we’ll be using separate fryers dedicated to gluten-free food.

And it’s not just fish! 👇🏽

🌱 Vegan/Vegetarian option
🍗 Chicken Pakora for the non-fish lovers

We’re also hoping to bring our trio of samosas but these will be cooked completely separately in their own fryer as the samosas are NOT gluten free on this occasion.

I don’t usually post my personal life on socials, but today there’s an exception. ❤️

I might be the name on the business, the logo, and the one who comes up with all the ideas and plans… but I couldn’t do any of it without Ishraz.

He’s a huge part of Saf’s Kitchen, but more importantly, he’s a huge part of my life.

We live together, work together, socialise together and, quite literally, do everything together. 😂

We’ve taken some time away from work to celebrate his half century, just the four of us. Ish, me and our girls.

Happy 50th birthday to the love of my life. ❤️ Always and forever, love you. ###
