A post we don't like to write but ...

We always recommend customers who plan an outside hire to have a back up/inside venue choice. It's also in our terms and conditions that all customers agree to when they book.

The weather is unpredictable and whilst we may expect a lovely sunny day we all know how British weather can be.

I understand our equipment is there to be enjoyed but unfortunately yesterday it wasn't looked after at all. I will now be spending today deep cleaning it all - all equipment is cleaned on set up and collection but this will be a thorough clean and scrub today 🫧

Softplay and bouncy castles can also become dangerous and slippery when wet and the last thing we want is a little one hurting themselves.

Unfortunately this customer will not be getting their deposit back.

I regularly see the same little boy at parties and he always helps me tidy up, this time he helped me set up too, with the help of his friends , too cute! Although I did have to convince them to jump off for two seconds to get a photo 🙈😂

Changing the castle blocks to the rainbow arch was definitely a good decision, kids love them!

I have decided to sell some of the luxe Picnic and teepee tents I bought to expand Pretty Little Play.

I bought this from another business based in Suffolk to expand our business but due to a change in circumstances I haven't had the time to advertise it and now would like the space in my storage unit back (it doesn't take up too much room but I have 3 castles and lots of softplay stuff 😂).

Would suit someone looking to expand what they currently do or start a new small business. I'm happy to split bits.
