She has worked as a professional freelance chef for over 12 years & established Mint – Catering with Taste in 2002. Elizabeth gained valuable experience in a busy London-based catering company for corporate & private clients including The Tower of London, The House of Commons and a number of

City Livery Companies. Having moved to the Cotswolds in 2005, she’s been serving gourmet food in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas including Bath, Wiltshire & Oxfordshire. She prides herself on using award-winning locally sourced produce and her meticulous attention to detail ensures her reputation for high quality catering. Elizabeth understands that every event is different - be it an intimate dinner party for 8 or a wedding or canapé reception for 100, she ensures a bespoke service catering for your personal requirements
