⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS ⚠️

Please DO NOT switch the inflatable off during your hire period.

We understand you may think you’re helping us out by turning it off, especially if the weather changes, but unfortunately it actually creates a much bigger problem for our team.

When an inflatable is switched off, rainwater can collect and sit on the deflated material, making it EXTREMELY heavy. This makes it very difficult for our staff to safely roll, move, transport, dry, and clean properly afterwards.

To help us keep our equipment in the best condition possible and ensure safe collection:

✅ Leave all inflatables switched ON
✅ Do NOT move the inflatable
✅ Leave everything exactly as it was set up until collection

We really appreciate your cooperation and support — it helps us massively and keeps our equipment safe and clean for every customer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE ABOUT BOUNCY CASTLES & INFLATABLE HIRE ⚠️

We’re often asked if inflatables can be set up on concrete driveways, block paving, or patios, and the answer is:

🚫 Not unless they are correctly bolted down

Under British safety standards (HSE guidance / BS EN 14960), inflatables must be securely anchored to prevent movement or lift-off.

Grass is always the safest surface because anchor stakes can be driven properly into the ground.

If your event is on a hard surface like:
▪️ Concrete
▪️ Block paving
▪️ Tarmac
▪️ Patios

then the inflatable must be drilled and bolted into the surface using manufacturer-approved anchor bolts at every anchor point.

⚠️ Sandbags alone are NOT suitable outdoors unless used at the correct safety weight.

To meet safety requirements:
👉 Each anchor point requires approximately 175kg of weight
👉 Most inflatables have 6 anchor points minimum
👉 That means over 1 TONNE of ballast may be required

As you can imagine, this is rarely practical or safe for standard domestic bookings.

Your safety, especially children’s safety is always our priority, which is why we strictly follow UK inflatable safety guidance.

✅ BEST SURFACE: Grass (with stakes)
✅ ACCEPTABLE: Hard standing only if bolted correctly
🚫 NOT ACCEPTABLE: Hard standing with light sandbags or unsecured anchoring

If you’re unsure whether your setup area is suitable, just message us, we’re happy to help check before your book.

If you are looking to hire tables and chairs to accommodate extra guests, please book in now to avoid disappointment!

Tables can be round or rectangular and seat up to 8 guests comfortably and both tables and chairs can be dressed with a table cover, chair cover and your choice of coloured sash.

Available as a full set up or single hire to suit your requirements and prices are as follows…

🎅🏽Rectangle tables - £15 undressed, £25 including spandex table Cover.

🎅🏽Round banquet tables - £15 undressed, £25 including spandex table cover

🎅🏽Banquet chairs - £5 undressed, £6.50 including chair cover and your choice of coloured sash

🎅🏽Table covers - £10 individually

🎅🏽Chair covers and sash - £1.50 per set

Please note extras such as centre pieces, Christmas crackers etc are NOT included ❌
