❌ PLEASE READ AND SHARE!!❌

We are going to be doing a stock check of ALL of our castles due to receiving messages about them being left at customers properties for long periods of time! The LATEST has been left for 15 WEEKS and we have only just been informed😳

PLEASE PLEASE give us a message if you have one of our castles still at your property! Once the stock check has been completed if any are missing, we WILL be contacting anyone who was last to hire it as we need them back!

If you have been left with any of our castles and have been told NOT to message us to let us know, we need to know. We also deeply apologise for this!

❌ DELIVERY TIMES ❌

We have recently received a couple of messages & phone calls regarding our delivery/collection times due to the pricing.

✨ Deliveries of our inflatables and machines start FROM 9AM, this doesn’t mean that you will receive your castle at that precise time. This means our driver will SET OFF around 9AM!

✨ When booking castles for venues, PLEASE let us know the earliest time we can access it to set the castle up for you. This means we can have it set up ready for the start of your event and we can still get others out on time.

✨ Collections of our inflatables and machines START between 4.30-5PM (unless specified when booking). This also doesn’t mean it WILL be collected at 4.30 or 5PM.

✨ PRICING - Our castles/ inflatables and machines are SET prices. Inflatables booked for parties/events for 2/3 hours are the same price as our aimed time frame of 5-6 hours. Anything more than this is an added bonus.

We do try to accommodate for everyone, however, we have to stick to these prices.

We are very grateful for the continued support.
