This morning I teased you all woth something I had been planning for a while ...
Well, I'm finally happy. ❤️
The rain stayed away, so we were finally able to get Erin's new surround put in, along with new stones and new flowers. Now she's just as stunning as she deserves to be.
Unfortunately, the quality of her last surround was so disappointing. What makes me even more upset is that my daughter bought it for her sister and spent a lot of money because she wanted her to have something beautiful. Sadly, the quality didn't reflect the price at all. It weathered so quickly and eventually fell apart. The company wasn't helpful in any way, so we had no choice but to replace it.
I honestly can't thank Jo's Personalised Gifts enough. The customer service was impeccable, and the quality is undeniably 💯 times better than the last one.
It's beautifully made, with a solid base that will stand the test of time.
On top of that, Jo surprised me with two beautiful name plaques. Opening them honestly broke me. For someone to show such kindness to a complete stranger is beyond thoughtful, and I'll never forget it.
Now look how beautiful she is. 🌸 The flowers I made months ago finally have pride of place, and she's summer ready at last.
