As a small business, I don’t hold a huge stock of balloons, so I order what I need specifically for each booking. 🎈

Because of this, please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Once balloons and materials have been ordered, I may not be able to reuse them for another booking.

I completely understand that things can happen and plans can change — I just kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible so I can manage my stock and give someone else the opportunity to book your date. 🥰
