Saturday saw the beautiful wedding of Kirsty and Ceri, with their ceremony at St Illtyd’s Church, followed by a wonderful celebration at Hills Plymouth ~Cricket Club💍🤍
The rain held off for us 🙌 and these two honestly laughed their way through the entire day. The love between them was absolutely electric — the kind of connection that makes my job behind the camera so easy. ❤️Their gorgeous son Elijah had the very important job of ring bearer, and he delivered the rings perfectly! 🥰 A very special mention has to go to the Ynysowen male voice choir who were simply outstanding and made the ceremony even more memorable. 🎶 It was one of those weddings filled with everything you could wish for — love, laughter, family, fun and some seriously good food - Sugarloaf Catering

☀️ Getting married this August? Here are a few tips from someone who's photographed lots of summer weddings! 💍📸
August weddings are beautiful, but a little planning can make all the difference.
🌿 Stay hydrated – It sounds obvious, but with all the excitement it's easy to forget. Keep water nearby, especially if you're outside.
🌅 Plan for golden hour – That hour before sunset creates the most beautiful, soft, romantic light. Even 15–20 minutes together can produce some of your favourite photographs.
🧴 Have a little touch-up kit – Powder, lipstick, tissues and a small fan can be lifesavers on a warm day.
⏰ Don't cram too much into the timeline – Give yourselves time to breathe, chat with your guests and actually enjoy your day. The best photographs often happen in those relaxed moments.
👟 Think about comfortable shoes – Whether it's a second pair for the evening or something for walking across grass, your feet will thank you!
❤️ Remember what the day is really about – Things rarely go exactly to plan, and that's absolutely okay. The laughter, hugs and real moments are what you'll treasure the most.
And my biggest tip? Don't worry about the camera. Relax, have fun and be yourselves. My job is to capture your story naturally, so years from now you can look back and remember exactly how your day felt.

19 years, two wonderful children, and one seriously beautiful “I do” 💍✨ Huge congratulations to Rhiannon & Sam (our very own Food Genius & Chef, the Owner of Davs Kitchen) who finally tied the knot on Saturday at the stunning De Courceys Manor - Cardiff surrounded by family and friends who travelled far and wide to celebrate, the love in the air was something special. Rhiannon looked absolutely breathtaking in her gown from Laura May Bridal and their two stars, Sol & Luna, stole the show with speeches that had everyone smiling (and a few happy tears too 🥹). After nearly two decades together, this wasn’t just a wedding—it was a celebration of a story already full of love and laughter.
