Who we are...
We are a family run UK based (South Wales to be precise!) design & print company specialising in fun & unique stationery for special occasions. Our work includes everything from save the date cards to wedding invitations & table plans. Our aim is to make bespoke stationery at affordable prices - so that every bride can have the wedding she has dreamed of! A little bit of history...

ragonfly print was established in 2010 when, desperately trying to find theatre themed invitations for her own wedding, Kelly Jones realised that quirky, different & most importantly, affordable wedding stationery was difficult to find. Kelly set about designing and making her own stationery and thoroughly enjoyed it! After her own wedding day had been and gone, Kelly missed the wedding world...so she started selling her designs on eBay and they were a hit! Fast forward a few years, Kelly is now married and living in South Wales, UK, with her husband and little girl. Dragonfly print is a thoroughly family affair, with Kelly's mum Debbie also designing and creating stationery. Being a part of your wedding day is an honour and something we at dragonfly print take great pride in.

Feeling unsure what to include on your wedding invitations? You’re not alone!

I’ve been a wedding stationer for 15 years, and I know how easy it is to forget something important. That’s why I’ve created this simple guide showing the essential elements every invitation needs:
• Names of the couple
• Date & time of your wedding
• Venue details (ceremony + reception if needed)
• RSVP information
• Extra info like dress code, wedding website, or gift notes

💌 Pro tip: Number your RSVP cards! If a guest forgets to write their name, you can match it to your guest list—this saves so much stress later.

Wedding tip for couples who want to see ALL the guest photos from their big day…

Your guests will take hundreds of pictures at your wedding — but most couples never actually see them.

A really simple way around this is to create a shared photo album and let guests upload their pictures throughout the day by scanning a QR code.

There are two easy ways to do it.

Option 1 – WhatsApp
1. Create a WhatsApp group for your wedding photos
2. Name it something like “Emma & Jack’s Wedding Photos”
3. Go to Invite via link and copy the group link

Option 2 – Google Photos
1. Create a shared album in Google Photos
2. Turn on the option that allows others to add photos
3. Copy the album share link

Then simply send me the link and I’ll generate the QR code for you.

We print these onto little table cards with a fun “I Spy Wedding” challenge on the back, so guests can capture moments like:

• the best dancer
• someone laughing
• kids dancing
• the most fabulous shoes
• a group selfie
• a sweet moment

It turns into a mini photo scavenger hunt and couples end up with loads of candid photos they would never normally get.

If you’re struggling to finalise your table plan, try this:
Grab some sticky notes, write each name on one, and shuffle them around on a blank sheet of paper.
It’s far easier (and less stressful!) than doing it on a screen.

Our gatefold invitations are just £55 for 50 (enough for around 80–90 guests) — envelopes included.

Each one comes fully personalised with whatever wording you’d like. Timeline? Great. Prefer to use the space for menus, RSVP details, or something else? That works too. You choose what goes where, and we make it happen.
