smokey bbq loaded fries
Slow roasted pulled pork, Smokey bbq sauce, skin on fries. crispy onions, spring onion

hog roast bap
Slow roasted pork with apple sauce, homemade stuffing.
Add a gravy dipping pot or crunchy apple slaw

Korean bbq pulled pork
Crunchy slaw
Korean gochujan bbq sauce
Fresh spring onion, black sesame seeds

Well that's a wrap as such.
After 13years of serving so many brilliant couples, their families, and friends alongside the thousands of customers at food festivals, Christmas fayers etc we have decided to hand over the reins to Huw and Will. This was not an easy decision but I am glad to see the business be taken on by Huw and Will who alongside Siwan will drive the business further.
We did our last wedding on Saturday at Hafod Farm for Michael and Sian and it was great to finish on a high with such a great message off them.
"Adrian and Tracey firstly hello! I will be leaving a review but I don't feel it does justice of what kind of food you produced and displayed yesterday. You absolutely blew everyone away including ourselves. Your level of detail and quality of food was outstanding......You really made our day and it was an honour and a privilege to have you there."

Great day at Hafod Farm to do a paella and grazing table combo. Post ceremony nibbles and our good old traditional hog roast in the evening.
