Although referencing his roses when he said this, for us, this mantra applies to everything we do and grow here. We have been florists for close to a decade now and have always prized British grown flowers for their ability to provide something special and unique. We haven’t always found it easy howev

er to find and source locally grown flowers, which is how we began our growing journey. We aim to provide our customers with quality produce in the quantity they require and we find that this is best achieved by working in harmony with mother nature and the seasons which is why we strive to follow sustainable and organic growing practices. Needless to say we are passionate about all things floral, but equally important to us is providing others with opportunities to discover a passion of their own.

Here’s your reminder that you don’t have to be perfect to get started.

I’ve been a florist for over 10 years and have always loved British flowers. Then, just over 18 months ago, I was given the chance to move onto a 6-acre field in Leicestershire and finally create the flower farm I’d always dreamed about.

Did I know exactly what I was doing? Not at all.
I’m still learning every day, and I certainly wouldn’t call myself an expert. But I’ve learnt that passion, hard work, and being willing to figure things out as you go are often more important than having all the answers from the start.

The truth is, if you wait until you feel ready, confident, or perfect, you might never begin.

Sometimes you just have to take the leap and trust yourself to grow into it. 🌱

Your ticket includes a jam jar to fill with blooms from our stunning Sweet Pea Wall, featuring a gorgeous mix of colours, scents and varieties. You’re also welcome to pick from any other flowers that are ready for cutting on the day.

We’ll provide everything you need, along with expert tips on how to pick and condition your flowers so you can enjoy them for as long as possible.

A R C H

A little BTS from this huge foam-free arch created a few weeks ago for a beautiful (if very hot and sunny!) May wedding.

No trending audio, just me, my husband and the birds at 8am in the most picturesque village church right down the road from home.

✨ One bossy florist
✨ One very forgiving and endlessly helpful husband
And together, we created this stunning floral installation for a very special day. 🌿🤍

C H A T S W O R T H

A lovely day spent at the plant fair! 🌿

We started with coffee (essential, of course ☕️) before having a mooch around all the stalls. There were plants, gardening accessories, cakes, and lots of other lovely things to browse, but I was there with one mission in mind: plants.

Swipe through to see some of the beauties that caught my eye, including a gorgeous Lysimachia. There were also lovely buttonholes being handed out (or you could make your own!), and I was very happy to be gifted one!

After a second coffee and a stroll around the gardens, we stopped for delicious Greek wraps before finally picking up the goods... IYKYK.😉

A great day and an even better haul! If you’re local, tomorrow is the last day and I’d definitely recommend heading down.

An ode to peonies 🌸

I don’t think I’ve ever seen them look quite so beautiful.

Our 10 metre bed has been putting on the most spectacular show, and as we expand the flower farm this year, I’m already dreaming of planting many more.

There’s just something magical about peonies. Their fleeting blooms make them all the more precious.
