Autumn at the flower farm really is something else. The asters and dahlias are still going strong and putting on one last spectacular show before the season comes to an end.

I’ve been very kindly gifted a personalised Lero Leather florist tool belt and finally got to give it a proper test run in the field. It was SO windy, but when there are flowers to pick, you just have to get out there!

Tutti fruity dalias 🌅🌸✨

Autumn is definitely here at the flower farm, but there’s still so much going on.

The dahlias are still giving us plenty of flowers, there’s lots of colour out in the field and we’re starting to collect seed from some of our favourite annuals to grow again next year.

We’ve also been busy sowing for next year, including the sweet peas which have been sown into pots and are tucked away ready for the months ahead.

It’s such a lovely time of year really! Still enjoying what’s flowering now, while quietly getting everything started for next year. 🌱

The flowers are still blooming, so we’ve got one final treat for you…

Join us at the farm on Sunday 4th October for one final visit to the flower field before we close the gates on another growing season.

The field is putting on its last hurrah, with the dahlias especially having a final glorious moment. There’s still plenty of colour to enjoy — and flowers waiting to be picked.

We’ve got two ticket options:

Our final Pick Your Own of the season. Your ticket includes a large mason jar to fill with your own selection of blooms.

AUTUMN AT THE FARM
Come for a wander, browse the pop-up shop and soak up the autumn atmosphere. Your entry ticket is fully refundable against purchases made on the day.

You’ll find dried flowers, gifts, spring bulbs, our Tulip Bulb Pick ’n’ Mix and our Pick Your Own Seeds, where you can collect seeds from the field to grow next year.

And Go With The Flo will be here serving coffee, porridge bowls, bakes and autumn treats.

So come and pick the last blooms, stock up on bulbs, collect seeds for next year or simply have a wander and a coffee with us.
