Hi 👋 everyone

CAMP polite notice and camp places for all - please read….

So 18 places filled for adult camp And 18 places filled for kids camp for most of the year then in the last couple of months I have had a lot pull out due to lost of reasons. Some have sent in deposits some haven’t and some have been refunded for vet reasons etc
When one or two people do it then I can manage and sort but when there is a lot it’s hard to sort at such late notice and some people who haven’t paid deposits have kindly sent in but you have to remember those that haven’t I have already booked instructors, demos, rosettes, and so much more that this then becomes a hit and a loss to run! Please remember that’s what a deposit is for and going forwards I will only take a booking for camps or clinics that have a deposit sent with them.
Hope you all understand.

So on that note …

I have one day place on sat for adult camp
And one 3 day place for adult camp

And

Kids camp I still have a few places left as I have bookings but 8 never paid a deposit and now I don’t think they are coming again some have answered me some haven’t!
We may have to cancelled an instructor now which in my eyes is not good when they have potentially said no to other bookings!!

Sunday 17th and Monday 18th August 2025 (2 FULL days) 10am til 4pm.
At Pickering Grange Equestrian
£200
£80 deposit to secure your place.

❗️Adult Camp❗️

Saturday 23rd to Monday 25th August at Aylesford Equine. 10am til 4pm 3 full days and one day place left on Saturday.
£300 for full 3 day place.
