Kitchen Porter and Warehouse Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter and Warehouse Assistant to join our team. Yorkshire Party Company Events provide a range of catering to private clients across Yorkshire and beyond, from marquee weddings to small dinner parties and everything in between. This position is to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the unit, kitchen and warehouse at our base just outside Ripon. This is a weekday position, typically 9am to 5pm.

Roles and Responsibilities
In our Melmerby unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency.
Kitchen Support Specialist: Assisting the kitchen team with daily tasks in alignment with our tailored HACCP plan, you’ll provide invaluable assistance to the kitchen team, contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations.
Logistics: From meticulously packing equipment for our events to overseeing its safe return to the warehouse, you'll be the linchpin of our logistical prowess.
Pot Wash: In the pot wash areas, you'll ensure spotless cleanliness on food prep and post-event days, guaranteeing a seamless transition for our chefs whilst upholding our standards of excellence, you'll undertake general cleaning duties ensuring a clean working environment for all.

This is a full time, permanent position starting immediately.

Rate of Pay: Competitive
