I only managed to take photos of the starters from last nights Christmas meal. Sweet potato and coconut soup, prawn cocktail and melon and mandarin cocktail. Mains were Traditionak turkey with all the trimmings, Roast beef and yorkies and my festive fish pie with a champagne and chive sauce

Just going to have a little rant!!!
When we have the catering van at events we know that folk will bring their own food and drinks and we have absolutely no issue with this at all! But what I do have an issue with is when folk help themselves to a handful of sugar sachets to use with their own drinks, especially when they don’t even ask just take!
Yes I know it’s only sugar and doesnt cost much but we have bought it for the use of customers who actually do purchase our hot drinks! Which at £1.50 each we dont think are overly expensive!
It’s tough enough to make the van pay without folk just helping themselves!
