Led by Executive Chef James Knight, our in-house kitchen team serves everything from feast-style spreads to seasonal fine dining, all using locally sourced ingredients to ensure the freshest flavours.

Menus are shaped by fresh herbs from our own garden, apples from our own orchard, and ingredients foraged from nearby fields and hedgerows.

Tastings are held on-site, so you’ll know exactly what to expect on the day, down to the last bite.
