Lily and Jack’s high-summer wedding unfolded beautifully, from an intimate private ceremony in the barn to a romantic woodland ceremony surrounded by their loved ones.

Then came celebrations on the meadow, a delicious feast and dancing beneath the courtyard marquee, before the newlyweds slipped away for a golden-hour stroll through the meadow - beautifully captured by Wendy Aldiss Photography, who is also the Owner of Monkton Barn Estate.

Huge congratulations to Vishal and Syebha, whose fabulous wedding we recently hosted at Monkton 💫

150 day guests joined for a beautiful ceremony on our ten-acre meadow followed by a magnificent three-course wedding breakfast created by . A further 150 guests joined for an evening of dancing, merriment and a spectacular laser show!

We were thrilled to receive these lovely words from Syebha: “Thank you so much for your hard work and cooperation and making our day so special. Our family and friends had the best time and thought the whole set up was beautiful. You definitely pulled this all together.” - Syebha

Their festival-inspired woodland wedding was everything we love about summer celebrations at Monkton - vows beneath the trees, dinner and drinks on the meadow, and dancing into the evening to the brilliant .onsax and .

Congratulations to Liliana & James 🥂

It was a perfect summer’s day for their wedding last weekend at Monkton.

With clear views across the Chilterns, they exchanged vows in our Pavilion on Home Meadow before guests enjoyed a drinks reception in the sunshine. The celebrations continued with a wedding breakfast in the Courtyard Marquee, before everyone gathered outside as the evening settled in.

With the warm night air and twinkling lights, it felt more like the Mediterranean than Buckinghamshire. Congratulations again to the newlyweds✨

What a way to celebrate the end of the school year! Our guests enjoyed a sunny evening drinks reception on the meadow before heading up to the barn for an unforgettable night of celebration.
