What to Do: Turn the temperature k***s and listen for a click at the correct temperature. If no click is heard or the k**b spins freely, this will need to be replaced by an engineer. This is called the control thermostat. Alternatively, the unit could have a failed element. Contact our Department.

Issue: Blocked Range
What to Do: Ensure tinfoil is not being used to keep hob clean - this restricts flow of gas/air around burner. Next try to vacuum out the burner and any obvious signs of debris blocking holes. If needed, can put through dishwasher to wash out holes where the gas flows.
