I am excited to present my celebration menu for the Queen's Jubilee weekend. The village committee has asked me to host a pop up restaurant on Thursday 2nd June at the church hall, Burbage. Please see the menu below for further details. If you would like to come please let me know asap with your group numbers and menu selection. Places are limited to 40. Goodbye January! Here's the menu for this coming weekend 6th and 7th Feb:
Moussaka- layers of lamb mince, aubergine and potatoes topped with a cheese sauce served with a Greek salad
Veggie option: Aubergine Parmigiana layers of aubergine, tomato sauce and Parmesan cream served with a Greek salad
Pudding: Profiteroles filled with Pistachio cream and a dark chocolate sauce

Valentines Menu! I've already had lots of orders without having posted the menu so I thought I'd best crack on and let you know what I am planning!!
2 course £15pp
3 course £20pp
Starter: Meze box with falafel, humus, marinated feta and watermelon, vine leaves, tzatziki and cheese filo ci**rs (vegetarian)
Main: Lamb tagine with apricots and honey with herby couscous
Veggie option: roast butternut squash strudel with peppers, pine nuts and feta with a dill and pistachio pesto salad and couscous
Dessert: Heart shaped Pavlovas with rose cream and roasted rhubarb
I can adapt for vegan and other allergies please ask for details.
